You will work for a financial consulting company located in Melbourne, Australia.
Your missions will be:
- Social Media/Marketing
Create a social media strategy with help of marketing department.
Research articles to broadcast through social media tools
Responsibility for Social media input and output
Generating new ideas for social media
Sending out monthly e-newsletter
- Financial planning/ Investments/Insurance
Participating in meetings with advisers and taking appropriate notes during the client’s meeting
Ensure all process check lists are completed and also all “I’s are dotted and T’s” are crossed (all documents duly signed by the client/s ; photocopy of ID documents,...)
Helping with research on Super and Insurances
Scanning documents
Data Entry in Client Relations Management Software
Liaising with our existing clients on an on-going basis to provide exceptional customerservice and experience
- Mortgage Broker
Participating in meetings with advisers and taking notes and “I’s are dotted and T’s” are crossed (all documents duly signed by the client/s ; photocopy of ID documents,...)
Contacting client to obtain missing information
Scanning documents
Data Entry in Client Relations Management Software
Liaising with our existing clients on an on-going basis to provide exceptional customerservice and experience
- Admin
Reorganising files on company server
Scanning documents and save and label them on company server
Answer client phone calls when needed
- Practice Management
Research and generate templates and new process on the Client Relations ManagementSoftware (Work Sorted)
Help with investment/insurance ERG strategy
Help with generating clients list to call
Generating business revenue and activity reports
Help with finding new client leads for Advisers and Broker
Liaising with staff if help is needed
Any Other Duties not listed above (subject to prior discussion with intern)
Participation in “Ad hoc” projects for practice improvement
Any others as per business requirements
